We Use Soft Washing Technology

Soft Washing Technology is far superior to traditional pressure washing. Soft Washing uses a low pressure cleaning process, utilizing industry standard, environmentally friendly solutions to clean your home AND completely remove organic growth. That ugly black mold and green algae on your home will be a thing of the past! See our Image Gallery for examples of the dramatic difference this process can make! Soft Washing is safe for your home, unlike traditional high pressure methods which can damage your home's exterior surfaces. 

Driveway / Concrete Cleaning

Our process is safer and more thorough than many of our competitors. We DO NOT just blast your surfaces with damaging high pressures.  We clean off any debris that is present on the surface. Then we apply a pre-treatment solution to the heavily soiled areas. The solution is allowed time to dwell on the surface to begin removing any organic growth and to loosen heavy dirt and grime. We follow the pre-treatment with a thorough cleaning using a professional surface cleaner. We'll only use enough pressure to effectively clean the surfaces. The cleaned areas are then completely rinsed. If required, a post treatment will be applied to remove any remaining organic growth and to brighten the surface . Fence Washing / Restoration

We offer a couple of different options for cleaning your fences. 

• For Wood or Vinyl fencing, there is a basic cleaning option that will be the least expensive way to clean the fence. An organic growth cleaner will be applied to the fence and allowed time to dwell. The fence is then completely rinsed with light to medium pressure. This procedure normally produces acceptable results. 

• There is a second option for cleaning wood fences in which we apply a specialized wood restorer.  It is allowed dwell time to clean / condition the wood and is then rinsed off with light to medium pressure. Next, we apply a brightening solution to the fence, which will also remove any corrosion streaking caused by fasteners. After allowing the solution to dwell, it is rinsed off completely. This procedure usually results in the wood having a more natural look once cleaned. It is however, a slightly more expensive option due to having to use additional restoration solutions and labor. 

Deck Cleaning

• Options for cleaning wooden decks are the same as the options for wooden fences listed in the previous section. 

• Composite decks are cleaned using methods similar to the ones we use to soft wash your home. The strength of the cleaning solutions and the amount of pressure used, will be determined by how soiled and weathered the deck is.
